Hello MAMA!
Keeping it UBER simple for you because I. get. it.
Below are some flows. They are all foundation stage for now but can be made harder by adding 3lb hand and 2lb ankle weights. Pick one flow and repeat it for a week. It’s good for you for sooooo many reasons. But again in the interest of time I will spare you the details for now ;)
All of my MAMA MAT Flows are 30min or less- if you have more time you can repeat the end sequence and if you don’t you still get your fierce movement and strength in!
