My own journey of trying to become pregnant, loss, pregnancy, labor and getting back into shape have lead me to be very very inspired to support other moms in finding the fierce power in their motherhood journey. We go through SO much bringing life …

Bringing life into this world asks everything of us—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. And too often, we’re expected to walk this path without education, support, or space to fully integrate what we’re going through. When things don’t go according to plan, the message many women receive is that they’ve failed. That their body is broken. That their pain or confusion is something to be hidden or pushed through. But the truth is, too often- the system is what has failed us—not our bodies.

Whether you’re trying to conceive, preparing for birth, navigating postpartum, or processing how you gave birth—my work is here to support you. Through private sessions, group offerings, and my organization Rebranding Birth, I help guide mothers and birthing people back to their strength.

By integrating the multi-layered approach of yoga therapy—working with the body, breath, mind, and spirit—we create space for real healing, reclamation, and resilience.

Because birth, in all its forms, is a profound rite of passage—and every mother deserves to know her power, feel fully supported, and know that her story is sacred.

As part of each of our sessions we will record a 20-30min routine specifically targeted to where you are in your pregnancy and training needs for labor - to include: muscular strength, functional movement, pelvic floor and deep core work as well as labor specific preparation. I will also offer help with birth preference communication, postnatal education and preparation and much more.

The process of connecting to your new Self after birth is a necessary right of passage. One that allows us to fully process the journey we have been on, free ourselves from any part of that journey that is no longer serving us, and bring with us only that which makes us stronger, fiercer and more compassionate mothers and yoginis in the world.
