Hello Sadhakas!

Ok people, this is a really big week OFF THE MAT. So big it felt like we all might need an arsenal of thought offerings to get through it. So this week I offer you three. I hope they bring you peace and an ability to bifurcate truth from fiction this week, whatever the outcome may be.

What is true?

Worrying is manifesting what you don't want so please for the collective good, stop foreseeing an outcome you don't want and use all that energy to imagine and envision what you do want.

Love is real. if you get stuck in a moment of hate this week, of rage, of anger, just know that that is not who you truly are. For a moment you are caught in an ego lie that you are some how separate from the person/place/thing that is inciting the rage. In those moments try, try, try to invite the lesson of learning how large your capacity for love is (infinite in fact) and attempt to take a step towards love.

Suffering is a means to peace, love and liberation.

Less than fun, but if you find a true sense of suffering overtaking you, your family or our community, try to rest in the knowledge that unfortunately it is often suffering that brings us to our knees enough that we seek new and enlightened ways of being. Usually it is these moments that lead us to seek the Self.

Nothing bad ever happens.

When all else fails, know that with enough distance from tragedy we can always spot the light that it brought with it. Look no further than your own life for proof, and ask for the wisdom and the grace to see the lesson sooner rather than later.

ON THE MAT this week we are in Week One of Supported Shoulderstand (as it is practiced in the SYT lineage. We are going to spend the first two weeks attempting to answer the question; How the hell do we open our hearts when it's really hard to do so? We begin with an exploration of the shoulder girdle and attempt to awaken the key spot at the top of the sternum.

Join me for the weekly flow, and our amazing teachers for LIVE classes, to find out more and

be supported by loving, like minded seekers.

We are here for you.

I am here for you.

ONLINE DOESN'T HAVE TO MEAN ALONE.

With great respect and love,

Nicole
