Change. Is. Coming...

August is upon us and that means Flow and Restore month is too! This month is one of my favorites because it combines what we all want- that burrrrrrrn with what we all likely need- that restorative (ahem, especially now!). It is time to tell our systems that we are not in fact being chased by a bear and that its ok to do things like repair and rejuvenate.

I will be starting this month by taking this week to rest with my family. Yoga 216 and I have a VERY BIG surprise coming for you in just a couple of weeks and I am fueling up for the launch ahead! It has been my dream since transitioning out of the physical studio (and earlier if I am really honest with mySelf) to make the profundity of a guided whole life yoga therapy practice, and a truly supportive and welcoming community, available to many, many, many ;) more people. I am finally ready to share this program with the world.

It is my only wish to be of service in a time when we all need it so very much. I truly believe we are in the midst of a collective spiritual evolution and I am determined to help us come back to and stay in the light so that we can get there (sooner rather than later would be great ;))

For those of you who have been with us since our cozy studio days on 20th St. and who are still so active with us today- I thank you, I love you and I can't wait to show you what's next. I know you will welcome all who join us with that 216 truly welcoming vibration.

Listen to your Inner Teacher in terms of the pose and focus that are calling to you. Practice the same flow daily as a way to feel calmed by knowing what is coming and become more confident in your body and your flow each day you land on your mat. Feel free to watch the yogi chat once (pre flow) then forward on past and jump right into the flow. Make sure to stay in constructive rest (savasana) for at least 10min- set a timer to keep yourself accountable to your Self!)
