Practicing yoga with Nicole is different from any other class I've ever done. She is more knowledgeable about the body and ways to strengthen past injuries, and creates more challenging flows than any other teacher I've ever had. I've been doing Nicole's weekly flow for 8 weeks straight and it has been life changing for me. As a mom of three, I love having the flexibility of doing the class whenever I can work it into my busy schedule. I love Nicole's mindful reflection before each class to set me up mentally for my day. The flows are incredible and the core workout has helped me get into such good shape. Nicole is an absolutely fantastic and kind hearted teacher. Her specific and clear cues help me find the strength of the pose in my own body rather than reaching for some idea of how the sequence should look. The Yoga 216 method of repeating the same sequence all week truly builds strength (don't let the slow flow fool you, you'll feel it the next day!) and the muscle memory to actually get the pose in my bones rather than having a passing experience of feeling good in the pose. Nicole's flows are also extremely creative, helping me approach classic shapes from a new angle and understanding. I always feel more calm, strong and standing a bit taller after I practice with her!

I love the strong mix of technique and flow in a Yoga 216 Class, and the On-The-Mat and Off-The-Mat Lessons that Nicole offers in every class. I feel very grateful to be a student of Nicole, and to have taken her 200-Hour Yoga Certification Course, which helped me to deepen my knowledge of both the anatomical body and the subtle body and their relation to yoga.
