"I'm too busy with work and taking care of my children; I don't have time for another commitment."

"I completely understand the challenges of a hectic schedule. Our sessions are designed to be flexible, accommodating your time constraints. Even dedicating a short time for yourself can have positive effects on your well-being. I am a working mother myself and so every aspect of the program is designed to be customizable and flexible enough to meet the demands of most any schedule. After our once weekly meet (which you get a recording of if you can’t make it) All you need is 20-30min a day in total to make this happen!."

"I always put my family's needs first; it's hard for me to prioritize myself."

Flexibility is key. My program understands the challenges of unpredictable schedules. You can join sessions when it suits you best, and I offer loads resources you can access at your convenience, allowing you to tailor your participation to your unique circumstances.
