1. Physical Workout.

THE MAT membership includes a challenging 30 minute Video On Demand physical yoga practice that can be modified for beginners or advanced yogis. The flow is designed to challenge you with a set weekly sequence aimed at balancing strength and range of motion while increasing your awareness of our body in space as well as functional movement patterns.
These flows are also much more than just a workout. I design the weekly flow to encourage you to interact with the thought offering of the week and how it manifests in your body. This exploration and discovery in your body super charges your ability to break free from bad habits and limiting beliefs.
2. Mindfulness Training.
What you feed will grow.
The mind is a profoundly powerful thing. Too often it is left untamed like a child running wild. An untamed mind, like that untended child often wreak havoc. Gaining tools to focus, fortify and re-pattern our thoughts can change the experience of our lives dramatically and very quickly.
The use of mantra and cultivating opposite thought are very powerful ancient yoga techniques to change the way we are thinking and thus what we manifest. Each week you will receive mantras from me to curb negative thoughts and re-pattern them positively.
3. Guided Journaling.

Journaling is a powerful way to observe and understand our thoughts. Watching our thoughts pour onto paper forces us to recognize where our attention is being placed. As part of THE MAT membership you will receive weekly prompts to help focus your journalling work and break through barriers that are keeping you feeling stuck.
4. Support.
Online doesn't have to mean alone.
As part of the program I am with you as much as you want me to be. Once a member you get access to me, and I can answer questions that may arise as you work through the program. In addition we interact twice a week on IG Live and you can ask me your specific questions related to the physical workout or the mental practices.
5. Play.
Play keeps us vital and alive. It gives us an enthusiasm for life that is irreplaceable. Without it, life just doesn’t taste good”
